With over fourteen years experience in various forms of massage, Lisl's 'hybrid' approach combining fascial release, bodywork and sports remedial massage as a skilled soft tissue therapist sets her apart.  Graduating from NLSSM in Sports Remedial Massage (Credit), Lisl has since trained extensively with Noah Karrasch, Advanced Certified Rolfer, and regards Noah as her biggest mentor.

Lisl's main strength is her ability to palpate and 'read' the body effectively in order to facilitate the most efficient release of fascia and other soft tissue structures.  In doing so, the clients body is encouraged to re balance back in to gravity with natural movement patterns and significant results after just the first session. Lisl is experienced in successfully treating a broad range of soft tissue injuries; namely plantar fasciitis, post-operative shoulder pain/impingement, RSI, lower back pain, patellar-femoral syndrome, achilles tendinitis, TMJ dysfunction and whiplash.

Lisl's career so far has included working as medical team staff at London Wasps RFU, private staff for Queen Rania of Jordan and several successful private clinics throughout London (Bupa, SIX Physio, Joy Walter).  Throughout 2012 she is looking forward to working as medical team staff at both London 2012 Games and Paralympic Games.

She is one of six practitioners in the UK certified at CORE Bodywork Level II.  CORE* Bodywork (*Coax Order, Restore Energy), like Rolfing, is fascial release work, designed to free holding patterns through the body to alleviate pain and create energy flow through the system.  CORE Bodywork techniques use hands-on manipulation of the body's connective tissue designed to enhance posture, breathing and freedom of movement.

Lisl enjoys treating a wide range of clients including competitive Power Lifters, ballerinas, tri-athletes, endurance runners, tennis coaches and corporate desk workers.
